24: Montreal to Seneca Lake Boat Delivery Cruise. Listen to a presentation on the adventures of delivering a 39-foot cabin cruiser from Montreal to Watkins Glen over the water with first-time boat owners Shane & Jacqueline Alsworth. Delivery Captain Tom Alley will also chime in. Four seasoned America's Boating Club (a.k.a. United States Power Squadrons) educators supported the cruise as they navigated three major water systems. The presentation will include information about the USPS Boat Operator Certification program, which was utilized on the cruise when two crew members demonstrated their advanced skills in the open waters of Lake Ontario and earned certifications. Meeting at 29 Neat (formerly the Seneca Cheese Company) at 29 N. Franklin St., Watkins Glen.
